Connor was born in January of 1999.  I’m still trying to not freak out at the fact that he’s going to be 11 this coming January.  Wow.

Connor is interested in so many things these days.  He adores school.  I’m fairly certain he’d say his favorite subject is History.  He truly excels in Math, though.  Not that he doesn’t excel in History – just that Math is his VERY best subject and he really just loves it.  He has an aspiration to write a book – and soon.  If he’s not reading or playing some war game with his brother and sister, he’s laying on the floor writing outlines, drawing maps and writing his stories.  He LOVES playing with his Nerf guns.  His favorite movies are Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, National Treasure, Night at the Museum… and the list goes on and on and on.  He’s already read The Hobbit and hopes to read The Lord of the Rings when he turns 11.

He is one of my biggest helpers.  He is almost always the first person to ask if I need help with something.  He loves to help me clean and really wants to learn how to cook!

I just love that boy.
